These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and 777ta (hereinafter "777ta", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777ta.cam and all associated services, content and features.

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and use an Account on 777ta, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the governing license jurisdiction of the operator. You must not permit any person under the applicable minimum age to access or use your Account at any time.
777ta does not knowingly permit persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law to register or use the Platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 777ta is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

Each user is entitled to register and maintain only one active Account. 777ta reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances held in accounts found to be operated in violation of the single-account rule.
You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. Any material misrepresentation — including false age, false name or use of another person's identity — will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and payment method documentation. KYC is a mandatory anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure.
Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate throughout the term of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.
777ta recommends enabling all available account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify 777ta support at [email protected] immediately. Failure to report promptly may limit our ability to reverse unauthorised transactions.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any available real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with withdrawal procedures, provided KYC is complete and no bonus wagering conditions remain outstanding. 777ta may also close an Account at its discretion if the Account is found to be inactive, abusive or in breach of these Terms.
The payment methods available for deposits may vary and are subject to change. Methods familiar to Pakistani users — including bank transfers associated with institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services associated with Easypaisa and JazzCash, and the Raast instant payment system — may be referenced on the Platform as local payment context. However, 777ta does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must verify accepted methods at the time of deposit directly through the Platform cashier.
Transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed in the Platform cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor and are outside 777ta's direct control.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform cashier. Users may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings in accordance with our Responsible Gambling commitments.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. 777ta does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
777ta is not responsible for delays, declines or failures arising from the policies or technical limitations of third-party payment providers. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
To initiate a withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification, must be in good standing and must have no pending investigations. Where a bonus is active, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed. Processing depends on the chosen payment method, the operator's internal review procedures, and any third-party payment provider timelines. 777ta does not make representations regarding same-day or fixed-time withdrawals.
The name on the receiving payment account must match the verified name on your 777ta Account. Requests involving mismatched names will not be processed until the discrepancy is resolved, which may require additional documentation.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Requests above the maximum threshold may require splitting across multiple transactions.
777ta reserves the right to carry out additional security and anti-money laundering checks before processing any withdrawal. In such cases, supporting documentation may be requested. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user.
All bonuses and promotional offers published on 777ta are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these General Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus amount as specified in the relevant offer.
While an active bonus is in play, you must not place bets exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit — regardless of whether the bet wins or loses — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
All bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unexpired but uncleared bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry without compensation.
777ta reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk covering bets to fulfil wagering requirements, and collusion with other players.
Any PKR figures referenced in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit", "PKR 25,000 maximum cash-out") are illustrative examples only unless confirmed by a current, live operator promotion. Always review the active offer page for up-to-date figures before depositing.
You must not, and agree not to, engage in any of the following activities in connection with the Platform:
777ta reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this clause, confiscate any balance pending investigation and refer matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

777ta makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, error or technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server failures, network issues and third-party outages may affect availability without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ta excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical error, system failure or connectivity issues.
Where 777ta is found liable for direct loss arising from a proven breach of these Terms, total liability shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your Account at the time the loss occurred.
Nothing on the 777ta Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax or gambling advice. Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions, financial management and compliance with applicable laws.

All limits take effect immediately upon application. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, may not be reversed during the exclusion period.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 5.4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ta holds its operating license. This is not Pakistan. The application of Pakistani law to disputes arising from these Terms is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of a dispute between you and 777ta arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in the Platform's license jurisdiction.
Complaints regarding Account management, payment processing, game outcomes or Platform conduct should be submitted in the first instance to 777ta customer support at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all written complaints within five (5) business days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the applicable regulatory body under the Platform's operating license jurisdiction.
